Ingredients in Testro-X: Natural Testosterone Booster

150mg Magnesium

Magnesium is the 11th most-abundant mineral in the human body, and it controls more than 300 bodily functions. Deficiencies in this vital mineral can lead to lower levels of testosterone. †
15mg Zinc
Faq Badge IconHormone
Zinc is one of the 24 essential minerals needed for human survival. The human body can’t synthesize its own – nor does it have a storage system for it – so you must get adequate amounts of zinc through foods or dietary supplementation daily. †
10mg Boron
Faq Badge IconHormone
Boron is a dietary mineral that claims to support healthy testosterone levels when supplemented in the amount provided in a serving size of TESTRO-X.†
400mg KSM-66® Ashwagandha
Faq Badge IconAdaptogen
Ashwagandha is a natural adaptogen used in Ayurveda medicine practices. †

200mg Inositol
Faq Badge IconCells
Inositol is a small molecule structurally similar to glucose that is involved in cellular signaling.
200mg Glycine
Faq Badge IconCognition
Glycine is an amino acid and neurotransmitter that may support cognition, decreased fatigue and improved sleep.†
100mg L-Theanine
Faq Badge IconStress
L-Theanine is a relaxing and non dietary amino acid commonly found in green tea catechins and caffeine. L-Theanine may support relaxation, sleep quality and stress reduction.†
10mg Black Pepper Fruit Extract
Faq Badge IconAbsorption
Black Pepper Extract is a piperine commonly used to improve the absorption of other supplements. The liver undergoes a process called glucuronidation, which signals for their urinary excretion of drugs. While this process can be good, it sometimes results in supplements not being properly absorbed. This process is inhibited with piperine to ensure supplements are efficiently absorbed by the body. †

Frequently asked questions about Testro-X: Natural Testosterone Booster and important things to consider when taking the product.

What is testosterone?

Testosterone is a steroid hormone that is present in the bodies of both men and women, although men have higher concentrations of it. Testosterone is made in the testes, ovaries, and adrenal glands and is derived from cholesterol. It is primarily responsible for the development of the male reproductive system and also plays a role in body hair growth, muscle mass, fat distribution, voice depth, and drive.†

What is testosterone decline?

As men age and are continually exposed to endocrine-disrupting chemicals in our diets, water and even personal care products, natural testosterone production begins to decline.†

This decline may b largely due to deficiencies in the nutrients required to produce testosterone - including Zinc, Magnesium and Boron.†

What does low testosterone feel like?

Low testosterone begins to manifest itself with declining performance in systems directly reliant on testosterone production - the brain, muscles, and reproductive organs.

These symptoms may include:

  • ED and Low Sex Drive†
  • Low Energy and Fatigue†
  • Loss of Muscular Strength†
  • Moodiness and Irritability†
  • Hair Loss†
  • Increased Body Fat†
  • Memory Loss or Difficulty Concentrating†
  • Smaller Testicle Size†

By us listing these symptoms, we are not claiming that our product alleviates these symptoms. This list is purely for educational purposes.

What is TRT dependency?

Once the symptoms of low testosterone begin to arise, many men are prescribed synthetic testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) to alleviate the symptoms.

A potential problem lives here - when exogenous testosterone is introduced, the adrenals and gonads are signaled to stop producing as much testosterone, as there is already enough present to perform basic functions.†

If a patient were to ever stop taking TRT, the symptoms of low testosterone may return in a more extreme form, because natural production of testosterone may have been slowed.

This is called TRT dependency.

By us listing this information about TRT dependency, we are not claiming that our product is a replacement for TRT. This is purely for educational purposes. Consult with your prescribing physician before making the decision to use TRT.

How can a supplement help with testosterone?

The best way to support testosterone levels in the body is to stay as healthy as possible overall.†

Eating a healthy diet, getting regular exercise, maintaining a healthy body weight, and sleeping enough each day are all ways to make sure your body is functioning at its peak.†

A supplement may help support healthy testosterone production if there are deficiencies present in the vitamins and minerals required to produce testosterone. We suggest you work on achieving a healthy diet and exercise routine either before using or alongside a supplement.

If you have low testosterone because of a medical condition, working with your healthcare provider to treat the underlying condition may be the best way to improve your levels.

If you have low testosterone as a side effect of a medication you are taking, talk to your healthcare provider about your concerns to see if switching to an alternative medication could be right for you.

What does TESTRO-X do?

TESTRO-X aims to fight against low testosterone by helping support healthy levels of nutrients required to produce testosterone naturally.†

By supplementing with TESTRO-X just once per day, you will be filling your body and brain with the nutrients it needs to help stimulate natural production of testosterone.

Why did UMZU choose the ingredients in TESTRO-X?

TESTRO-X is a mix of ten ingredients, including magnesium, zinc, ashwagandha, boron, forskolii root extract, inositol, glycine, L-theanine, black pepper fruit extract and L-leucine. All ten ingredients are generally well-tolerated and some are important for overall health as well. Ashwagandha has also been shown to support testosterone health.†

How does TESTRO-X compare to other testosterone support supplements I can buy?

There are many different supplements on the market that advertise that they support healthy testosterone levels in men. While some individual ingredients may overlap between TESTRO-X and other brands, not all formulations are exactly the same. All ten ingredients and their amounts in TESTRO-X were individually selected and specifically chosen.

The ingredients in TESTRO-X have been used by Christopher Walker, founder of UMZU, in conjunction with a healthy diet and lifestyle to increase his own testosterone levels by over 100x. Results may vary by individual.

TESTRO-X was not tested against or compared to any other products. UMZU makes no claims about how this supplement will affect your body compared to other testosterone support supplements.

How should I take TESTRO-X?

You should take three capsules of TESTRO-X daily. The capsules can be taken all at once or you can take them in divided amounts throughout the day. There are no fat soluble ingredients in TESTRO-X, so it may be taken on an empty stomach, though some people may find it more comfortable to take TESTRO-X with food.

To assess tolerability, you may want to begin by taking one to two capsules per day. Depending on the side effects you may be experiencing (if any), you can then gradually work your way up to the full serving.

Can I take more than 3 capsules per day?

It is not recommended that you take more than three capsules of TESTRO-X per day. Doing so may increase your chance of experiencing side effects and may even be dangerous for your health. The Institute of Medicine publishes the Tolerable Upper Intake Levels (UL) for many nutrients. The UL indicates the “maximum daily intake unlikely to cause adverse health effects” for these nutrients. Two of the ingredients in TESTRO-X (zinc and magnesium) have published ULs. Taking more than the recommended three capsules per day may, therefore, increase your chances of experiencing side effects. Additionally, this supplement should not be taken in combination with other supplements that contain zinc or magnesium.

Can I take TESTRO-X in combination with other supplements offered by UMZU?

Do not take TESTRO-X in combination with other supplements that contain zinc (THYRITE and IMMUNE), as this would exceed the upper limit of zinc that should be consumed through supplements each day. Use caution when taking TESTRO-X in combination with other supplements that contain magnesium. Doing so increases your chance of consuming more than the Tolerable Upper Intake Level for each of these ingredients, which could increase your risk of experiencing symptoms and could lead to serious negative health effects.

What if I accidentally miss a serving?

If you accidentally miss a serving, you can either take it when you remember or you can wait until the next day to resume the supplement. It does not matter what time of day you take the supplement. However, to avoid going over the Tolerable Upper Intake Levels for zinc or  magnesium, you should not take more than three capsules in a 24-hour period.

What are the potential side effects of TESTRO-X?

Based on the individual ingredients in the supplement, possible side effects include altered menstrual cycles, altered mood, cramping, difficulty sleeping, drowsiness, fatigue, gastrointestinal discomfort, and loose stools. Rarer, but more serious side effects may also occur. If you are experiencing worrisome symptoms, stop taking the supplement immediately and speak to your healthcare provider.†

Is TESTRO-X safe?

The individual ingredients in TESTRO-X are generally well tolerated. However, there are certain people who should refrain from use or should use caution due to possible interactions with medical conditions or medications. Pregnant women and men with hormone-sensitive prostate cancer should not take this supplement. Additionally, individuals with autoimmune diseases (e.g. systemic lupus erythematosus, multiple sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis), kidney disease, or low blood pressure should talk to their healthcare provider first and should use caution when taking this product. TESTRO-X may also interact with certain medications and should be used with caution by anybody taking antibiotics, anticonvulsants, barbiturates, benzodiazepines, bisphosphonates, cholestyramine, corticosteroids, diuretics, immunosuppressive medications, orlistat, penicillamine, proton pump inhibitors, or thyroid medications. If you have a health condition or are taking medication and have questions about whether TESTRO-X is safe for you, talk with your healthcare provider before taking the supplement.

Can I take TESTRO-X with medication?

We always recommend talking to your prescribing physician before using any supplements to ensure that they are safe to take with your medical history.

Can I take TESTRO-X on an empty stomach?

We recommend taking TESTRO-X with food and water to ensure that it does not cause an upset stomach, however, we do have many customers who take Testro-X on an empty stomach and don't experience any negative side effects. Simply experiment and see what works best for you.

Can women take TESTRO-X?

It is safe for women to take TESTRO-X. However, the supplement is potentially dangerous during pregnancy, so women of child-bearing age should avoid taking the supplement unless they know they are not pregnant.

Is TESTRO-X vegan or vegetarian?

The TESTRO-X capsule is made from bovine gelatin, so the product overall is not vegan. However, the contents are vegan-friendly.

Is TESTRO-X dairy-free?

Yes, TESTRO-X is dairy free, however, it is processed in the same facility as some dairy-containing products.

Does TESTRO-X contain any of the eight most common food allergens?

TESTRO-X does not contain any of the so-called “Big 8” allergens. These are: milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish, wheat and soy, however, it's processed in the same facility where these ingredients are handled.

If I stop taking TESTRO-X, will my body still be able to produce testosterone?

TESTRO-X contains specific nutrients that are thought to support testosterone production. The supplement does not contain testosterone and will not suppress the body’s production of testosterone. However, if you have an underlying micronutrient deficiency when you begin taking TESTRO-X, you may recognize that symptoms of those deficiencies return after stopping this supplement.
